I spent much of my career in executive marketing leadership roles across banking, fintech, and technical B2B environments before moving deeper into Product Marketing and GTM work.
The shift pulled me closer to the space where product, onboarding, customer understanding, lifecycle communication, and adoption all meet.
Much of the work now sits in the messy middle between product, sales, operations, customer success, and customer behavior.
Especially in technical and AI-powered environments where strong products work better when customers understand the value faster.
